The hotel is visually stunning and perfect for a girls' getaway, with a relaxed atmosphere that's refreshing. However, the service left a lot to be desired, especially during busy meal times, which really dampened the experience. While the food is delightful and the rooms are comfortable, the sunbed situation was frustrating as guests who aren't staying at the hotel can reserve beds. Overall, it has great potential but needs improvements in service and management of poolside amenities.

I had a lovely four-day stay at this hotel. The external architecture is absolutely stunning and the pool area is really nice. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making our experience enjoyable. However, our luxury pool chalet was a bit below expectations with a bathroom that needed improvement, which was a letdown considering the high price.

We recently discovered the Wiki Woo in San Antonio and absolutely loved our stay! The atmosphere was vibrant and the hotel was beautifully renovated, with lovely rooms and amazing views. On the downside, some aspects, like room cleanliness and dining options, fell short of expectations, but overall, it was a great experience. We loved being close enough to the liveliness but still having a relaxing ambiance to enjoy sunset drinks.
